Corporate Travel Management provides travel management services to companies within Australia, New Zealand, and now the US. We have just over 500 employees. We started out implementing Employee Central, succession, performance management, and goals management. We recognized that about four years ago our HR processes were either extremely manual or didn’t work at all, so we looked for a HR solution, and Success Factors was able to provide that and much more.
